Breakfast
- Hard boild egg
- half avocado
- bowl of frozen berries, heated with cinnamon. Lots of it.
- black coffee tasted like shit
Snack:
- Banana
- macadamia nuts
Lunch:
- Cabbage rolls obviously
- an apple
- 2 strawberries
- fuckoff
Snack:
- I don't remember!! Oh yea, an egg. Hardboiled.
I forgot to mention my delicious black coffee at work. Highlight of my day (food-wise).
Went to crossfit. Kicked some ass. Backsquatted 105lb. Felt good. Movin on up!
Dinner:
- sausage and mixed veg stir fry. No rice. My new rice is cauliflower. Get over it.
Snack:
- Half a sweet potato, butter (YEAH!) cinnamon and s&p.
- yum
GOOD NIGHT. 4 and a half weeks to go!
