B. Group Metcon:
Tabata Intervals of (20 seconds of given'er, 10 seconds of rest x8):
8 intervals of Wall Ball to 10/8ft target. Rest 1min
8 rowing, Rest 1min,
8 20m shuttle runs
kicked my arse, BIGTIME. no regrets.
