Last week of November. Good riddance.

Sleep was bad.

Breakfast:
2.5 eggs, mushrooms + 1/4 avocado
coffee

Snack at work:
apple w/cashew butter.

Lunch:
leftovers from last night.

Ideally I will go to CF Mon-Wed then Saturday morning and a run on Sunday.
I actually wouldn't mind going to yoga too. Look at me being all ambitious and stuff!!
