Monday

Let's get back on track.

Breakfast:
frozen berries, 1/2 fried banana w/cinnamon, coconut/cashew butter, 1/2 banana pancake leftover. All in a bowl. Yummy. + flax.

snack:
coffee/apple

lunch:
leftover pot roast + carrot/sweet potato mash

i had 2 beers yesterday and i can see it in my belly.
