B:
scrambled eggs, salsa and 1/2 avocado

S:
banana, almond butter, cinnamon

L:
leftover spaghetti squash w/meat sauce and kale w/bacon

S:
grapes, almonds

Lara Bar, few Terra chips

Crossfit!

D:
spaghetti squash/meat sauce and my attempt at breaded sweet potato fries. it failed.

Decaf coffee. I think it ruined my sleep.
