Fday

I'm skipping Thursday.

Just know that it was flawless for nutrition and I went to Crossfit.

Friday:

Sleep was ok. Should be going to bed earlier.

Breakfast:
2 eggs
1 bacon
0.25 avocado
salsa
hot sauce

Snack:
Jamie's dad's homemade beef jerky. amaze.

Lunch:
Salmon
3 tomatoes
avo oil

Trail mix

Orange pekoe tea

Would be nice to hit up CF tonight so I don't have to go tomorrow.
