Wed

Sleep was ok

Breakfast
2 rice cakes, almond butter, blueberries

Not ideal

Snack:
apple, cinnamon

Lunch:
1 sausage
roasted veggies
celery + baba ghanjouhjgklsdhgjksdf

Afternoon snack:
strawberries and greek yogurt
fail because I feel weird now.

Also I keep burping sausage air. Gross.

I feel super tired all of a sudden. I blame the stupid yogurt. Fine I had a bit of honey too. Frig.

Crossfit.
Shoulder pressed 70#
Metcon was brutal

Dinner:
Meatball stew, avocado
some chips
cheese + rice crackers

Wine
