shit sleep.

breakfast:
kale, 1 egg, 1 small avocado

Coffee at work

Lunch:
leftover spaghetti squash n meat sauce

2 hershey kisses, 1 pep patty - I need to stop this.

Snack:
kale
later, 2 squares of dark chocolate. Nareeeeeeeeeen! haha

at home, before I didn't go running:
almonds, 4 dates

Dinner:
few slices salami/capicollo
olives
1 tomato
2 lavash crackers (see below)
